Review everyday vocabulary and A2 grammar, especially verb forms, agreement, pronouns, prepositions, past events and expressing preferences. Check every practice answer and keep an error list for repeated problems.

The reading test uses several short texts and tasks designed to check the main idea, specific details, basic vocabulary and the purpose of a message. You may need to match information, choose an answer or identify details in notices, emails, advertisements and other everyday texts.

The writing test includes short practical tasks such as completing a message or producing a simple text about familiar information. The speaking test involves prepared and interactive activities, such as describing a situation, giving personal information and responding to questions from the examiner.

DELE exams are offered on selected dates during the year, but the schedule, registration deadline and available levels vary by session and examination centre. Registration is normally completed through Instituto Cervantes or an authorised centre, so check the current official calendar before making plans.
